Like many marketing organisations, we are only as good as the information we have. Using it well is how we are successful. We've listed below the ways we use information.

As we are a non-profit organisation, MCB may charge a fee to third parties for the provision of this information.
The steps we take to protect you
We see it as an important principle of doing business that when disclosing your information to a third party (such as those kinds of suppliers listed above), we also give them as if they were currently subject to the Privacy Act. Accordingly, we make it a condition of doing business, both in Australia and overseas, that they also take the steps necessary to protect the information we give them as provided for under the National Privacy Principles Act.
If the current arrangements regarding information collection, retention and limited disclosure as outlined are satisfactory to me, do I need to do anything more?
No. You don't have to do anything. Your consent to current arrangements will taken as given, unless you notify us otherwise. If you wish to make changes to your information, or wish to alter the ways in which we use your information, then you should contact us immediately.
