Chadstone - The Fashion Capital’s priority is always to keep our visitors, retailers and the community safe which is why we’ve implemented a range of new safety measures including: • Australian-first technology to track occupancy and manage density throughout the centre. This enables us to identify busy zones and to manage areas before reaching customer density thresholds • Extended trading hours to help spread out customer numbers throughout the day • A large, designated COVID crew, monitoring the centre to including COVID Safety Officers at centre entrances to remind visitors to use hand sanitiser on arrival and to wear a mask, and encouraging the practicing of social distancing during their visit, and direct traffic flow • New outdoor dining spaces that allow for social distancing • New digital queuing technology to reduce congestion by allowing customers to book time with retailers and join virtual queues • Window signage and floor decals provided to retailers to assist with physical distancing measures • Introduction of contactless shopping options i.e. Parcel Concierge • Zero tolerance on anti-social or disrespectful behaviour
