Introduction
Chadstone The Fashion Capital is the southern hemisphere’s largest retail and lifestyle destination and a world-renowned fashion and entertainment hub for locals and visitors. Chadstone The Fashion Capital features over 550 stores, 95 dining and fresh food outlets and more than 40 luxury brands, all under one roof. Conferences and tourist groups are a specialty. The welcome program for visitors includes lux gift bags and a Tourist Shopping Passport containing more than 100 exclusive deals and value adds. There is a welcoming Visitor Lounge and the 250 room Hotel Chadstone, MGallery by Sofitel hotel opened in late 2019.

COVID SAFE Practices
Chadstone - The Fashion Capital’s priority is always to keep our visitors, retailers and the community safe which is why we’ve implemented a range of new safety measures including: • Australian-first technology to track occupancy and manage density throughout the centre. This enables us to identify busy zones and to manage areas before reaching customer density thresholds • Extended trading hours to help spread out customer numbers throughout the day • A large, designated COVID crew, monitoring the centre to including COVID Safety Officers at centre entrances to remind visitors to use hand sanitiser on arrival and to wear a mask, and encouraging the practicing of social distancing during their visit, and direct traffic flow • New outdoor dining spaces that allow for social distancing • New digital queuing technology to reduce congestion by allowing customers to book time with retailers and join virtual queues • Window signage and floor decals provided to retailers to assist with physical distancing measures • Introduction of contactless shopping options i.e. Parcel Concierge • Zero tolerance on anti-social or disrespectful behaviour
