AIME 2023 - This year we've gone big

In keeping with AIME’s huge 30-year milestone, this year we’ve gone big.
The new Victoria precinct will occupy the largest footprint on the tradeshow floor, including the famous Melbourne, Victoria Stand – the largest destination stand at AIME 2023.
Visitors to the stand will get to enjoy sensational First Peoples’ culinary-themed activations, with everything from bush tucker ice cream and Jarrah Boy beer tasting to cooking demonstrations with a focus on native Australian ingredients. Or drop by The Yarning Area on the top floor of our stand for coffee and Blak Brew tea paired with sweet treats by Bunjil Catering.

Chadstone - The Fashion Capital & Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel
