Welcome to ICEF Delegates

The Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) sends a big welcome to all delegates visiting Melbourne for 13^th edition of the International Congress on Engineering and Food (ICEF).

Starting today at the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre and on until 26 September 2019, the congress will explore engineering innovations across food supply chains for sustainable manufacturing of healthier food products.  

The Congress is a quadrennial event presented by the International Association for Engineering and Food (IAEF) with support from Engineers Australia, the Australian Food Engineering Association (AFEA) and the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology (AIFST).

ICEF is a renowned Congress, established as the major event in food engineering for the past 50 years. Melbourne is hosting the first ICEF in the Oceania region.
