Qantas wins Best Airline in Australia at World Airline Awards

Qantas has been announced as the Best Airline in Australia/Pacific at the 2019 World Airline Awards.

The Australian airline has also be awarded Best First Class in Australia/Pacific and Best Business Class in Australia/Pacific and also placed 8th in the world from more than 300 airlines featured in the well respected global awards.

A staggering 21 million travellers voted in the 2019 Skytrax World Airline Awards which was held at the Paris Air Show.

These awards began in 1999, when Skytrax launched its first global, annual airline customer satisfaction survey. The mandate was to deliver a survey and airline awards process that is independent, impartial and global. There are no survey entry fees, no payment to attend the awards event, and no charges for any use of the award logos and results by winning airlines.
