    The George on Collins

    The George on Collins can accommodate groups of any size and regularly hold large group bookings for lunch, brunch and dinner, as well as cocktail parties.

    The restaurant offers six separate event spaces, each with their own unique character and charm. Their event spaces range from private and semi-private dining rooms for 12 seated to 250 cocktail, to full venue hire for up to 450 cocktail.

    The dining experience has a strong focus on tasting menus and are influenced by different Southeast Asian cuisines and cultures, and they can cater to any dietary requests.

    Amphora and Friends of Fire

    As the perfect complement to Marvel Stadium’s exciting new $225 million refurbishment, new restaurant Friends of Fire (and bar Amphora on the second level), will open in March 2024 along the stadium’s promenade. Showcasing American menus highlighting Southern, New England and New York City-style food, as well as cutting-edge vegan options, the restaurant and bar will have a combined capacity of 1,350 people.     Yassas The Greek Way

    Yassas offers a dining experience set on the backdrops of beautiful blue and white decor. Located in a premium entertainment and restaurant precinct nearby the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Yassas brings a modern Melbourne twist to authentic Greek street food and a vibrant atmosphere of Greece with a Melbourne edge.

    Commune Wine

    Located in Southbank and within the Arts precinct, Commune Wine takes inspiration from its creative neighbourhood.

    Their wine bar and front balcony are perfect for a glass of wine and snack, while their main dining room is ideal to settle in and relax, offering full a la carte.

    Commune Wine’s back balcony offers an ideal private dining space, complete with relaxed linen and greenery, and stunning views of Melbourne’s iconic city scape, such as Flinders Street Station and South Wharf Cathedral.

    Hophaus

    Think steak, schnitzels and burgers to mussels, fish n chips & salmon salads - the Hophaus menu has something for everyone. Guests will experience an expansive art deco-inspired dining hall, a fabulous terrace overlooking Melbourne, a glazed polychrome brick centrepiece beer bar and an open rotisserie-fired kitchen.

    From cocktail parties on their terrace overlooking the river and city, to sit down events in their dining area, they have a diverse range of spaces to suit any kind of event.

    Hophaus offers multiple terraces as well as dining rooms and lounge for business events ranging from 22 seated to 150 standing, in addition to full venue hire for 400 cocktail or 250 seated.

    La Camera

    La Camera is a touch of Italy right on Melbourne’s doorstep, located in the city’s sport and entertainment precinct, within walking distance to popular attractions such as The Arts Centre, Federation Square, MCG and Eureka Skydeck.

    The restaurant boasts two balconies for events - a very intimate balcony which caters for 20 people and a larger balcony which has a capacity of 60 – 65 people. Both balconies have heating and can be enclosed on cold days.

    Pure South

    Relaxed fine dining in the heart of Melbourne’s Southbank Boardwalk with views of the river and city.

    Pure South Dining has forged a reputation for offering a beautiful dining experience based on stunning produce from King Island, Flinders Island and Tasmania since 2004. King Island Beef, St Helens oysters, scallops, seafood and dairy are delivered weekly by small planes from Tasmania and the islands.

    In the dining room they offer a two and three course set price menu along with a six-course degustation menu. Their restaurant can easily accommodate groups of 12 up to 70; or offer an exclusive hire for up to 180 guests for a sit-down dining experience with flexible menus and pricing on offer. They also offer exclusive use of the entire restaurant level for cocktail events up to 300 guests, or even the whole venue over two levels for up to 400 guests.
