Melbourne ranks in world's best cities list

Melbourne was named one of the world’s best cities in Time Out's City Life Index.

The city ranked highly across the board for happiness, creativity, eating and live music.

Each year Time Out releases its annual City Life Index, which scores places on categories such as food, drink, culture, friendliness, affordability and happiness.
