Melbourne Convention Bureau Tours the Holiday Inn on Flinders

The Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) team were recently invited to tour the Holiday Inn Melbourne on Flinders.

This 4.5 star hotel positioned in the city centre offers 209 stylishly appointed accommodation rooms and five meeting rooms featuring natural light and city views.

After undergoing a refurbishment in 2018, the Holiday Inn on Flinders accommodation and meeting rooms were of impressive quality and presentation. Each meeting room is individually themed with corresponding original Melbourne artwork commissioned for each.

The MCB team were greeted with a glass of bubbles at the spacious outdoor terrace, a surprising highlight and welcome oasis complete with pool in the centre of the city. The terrace is available for private functions and it's a great space for delegates to enjoy the open air environment during their visit.

Following the terrace it was off to inspect the various accommodation rooms, ending with a premium corner suite complete with remote controlled blinds, large bathroom, kitchen facilities and separate dining and lounge areas. Floor to ceiling windows looked out onto bustling Flinders Street.

The Head Chef personally prepared and presented a delicious platter of food to enjoy while exploring the suite and taking in the city views.
