  • Hotel Chadstone officially opened as first guests arrive

    The Hotel Chadstone Melbourne, MGallery by Sofitel has been officially opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

    The 5-star, $130 million hotel features a rooftop pool, bar and restaurant, Altus. Renowned chef Scott Pickett’s new restaurant, Pastore, has also opened at Hotel Chadstone serving breakfast, lunch and dinner for hotel guests and visitors.
