Industry hibernation due to COVID-19 has had a significant impact on event suppliers like Harry’s with all traditional revenues disappearing overnight. Nonetheless, the business has kept busy during the pandemic, supporting the Covid-19 health response, providing the Victorian government with temporary infrastructure for vaccination hubs, pop-up drive-through testing stations and equipment for medical facilities, triage and ambulance bays. The talented team also supported business by providing online broadcast and streaming services through newly created, state-of-the-art Production Studios, while boosting confidence with their innovative Smart Badge technology that delivers social distance alerts and contact tracing technology.

In understanding the critical role suppliers can play in fast-tracking the return of industry, the team at Harry’s is continuing to work with government and stakeholders to develop guidelines to allow industry to re-open with all effort directed towards supporting their clients to bounce back, stronger than ever.
