Day one

An artistic adventure at The LUME

It's also an unconventional venue for corporate events.
Retail therapy
Later in the afternoon there’s time to get some retail therapy at DFO South Wharf - a multi-level Outlet Centre located on the Yarra River. The centre comprises more than 150 outlet retailers including Armani Outlet, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger and Michael Kors, as well as an exclusive collection of sporting and active apparel outlets including Nike, Adidas and Puma. DFO South Wharf is a retail and dining destination for Melbourne residents and tourists.
Dine on Victoria’s fresh produce
Tonight’s welcome dinner is at Victoria by Farmers’ Daughters. Take a short coach ride to this popular restaurant showcasing the produce, people and places of Victoria in the heart of iconic Federation Square. Victoria by Farmers’ Daughters features a range of dining and drinking options including an outdoor terrace overlooking the Yarra and a suite of private dining options.
Day two
A stylish day out at Melbourne’s famous Spring Racing Carnival
Today you’ll get to experience Melbourne’s famous Spring Racing Carnival, which features first-class racing, elegant fashion and exuberant celebrations. The carnival is well-known worldwide for The Melbourne Cup, however other race days such as the Penfolds Victoria Derby Day are also extremely popular amongst Melbourne’s social set for their chic fashion and rollicking atmosphere.
Get dressed up and swept up in the splendour and thrill of cheering, toasting and dancing trackside at one of the many prestigious Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival events held at Flemington Racecourse.
Dinner at BangPop on the Yarra River
BangPop provides an exceptional standard of refined salads, curries and hawker-influenced Thai dishes using exceptional Australian produce, complimented by an awesome wine list and great cocktails and mocktails inspired by the flavours of Thailand.

Day three
Strawberry picking on the Mornington Peninsula
Travel by coach to the stunning Mornington Peninsula Your first fun activity of the day will be picking juicy strawberries at Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm. Rocky Creek is a fourth generation property operated by the Gallace family. Spoil yourself with their famous, freshly made ice-cream, and scrumptious strawberry desserts or Devonshire tea with freshly made scones, homemade jam and fresh, local cream – delicious!
Tour and lunch at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill
If there ever was a place for you to rest and dream, it is Lindenderry Red Hill by Lancemore. Set on 34 stunning acres of gardens and vines, the 40-room luxury boutique hotel is ideally positioned to soak up the spectacular Mornington Peninsula's pure-sand beaches, soul enriching nature, artisan produce and cool climate wines.
Craft rum tasting, scent library experience and candle making
Continue exploring the Mornington Peninsula with a visit to JimmyRum - a craft rum distillery where you can experience a guided tasting and enjoy a signature cocktail with a bite to eat in the outdoor rum garden. Next, you’ll be taken to Red Hill Candle Co for an afternoon of scent blending and candle making. Red Hill Candle Co produces eco-friendly soy candles, room sprays and diffusers that locals and visitors alike love. Their in-store fragrance experience is a first of its kind in Victoria. The Scent Library is filled with 40 individual fragrances where visitors can choose a custom blend of 2-3 fragrances to make a unique blend. The team will then talk through the process of blending a candle fragrance and making a unique candle.
Dinner at Pt. Leo Estate – where art meets the sea

After dinner, transfer by coach back to hotel in Melbourne.
Day four
Explore Melbourne by boat and foot
Start the day with a mid-morning 1.5 hour private cruise along the Yarra River, taking in the sights and learning about early white settlement and the importance of the river to the early days of Melbourne’s settlement.
Disembark and enjoy a walk to Q Events for lunch before setting out on a Melbourne Walking Tour.
You’ll be led through the streets, laneways and shopping malls for which Melbourne is famous, to sample the delicious chocolate at Koko Black, unearth opal cutting at Lightning Ridge Opals and learn about the history and culture of the Indigenous nations at the Koorie Heritage Trust. There will be plenty of photo opportunities too as you admire historic buildings, ornate shopping arcades and bountiful street art.
Your guide will then take you on one of Melbourne’s city trams back to your hotel for some relaxation time.
Tonight, dinner will be held a short stroll away in South Wharf at Showtime Event Centre's River Pavilion - an extraordinary alfresco events space that will redefine your perception of elegance, versatility, and breathtaking views.
Day five
Race around the zoo on a team building exercise at Melbourne Zoo.
Journey through a world of wildlife in the heart of Melbourne. Nestled within this urban oasis, over 320 species call Melbourne Zoo home. Stroll through lush rainforests, where tigers roam and monkeys swing from tree to tree. Come eye-to-eye with orangutans in their special elevated home and walk the Trail of Elephants. Spot unique Australian wildlife including koalas and kangaroos set against stunning native flora, and head into an underwater world showcasing playful Victorian little penguins and fur seals.
Lunch in the Rainforest Room
With views of the zoo’s award winning Japanese Garden and Lake, the light-filled Rainforest Room is a unique location for lunch. The venue has its own private animal exhibit, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty and atmosphere of the Melbourne Zoo, whether they’re out on the terrace enjoying the stunning views of the lake and garden, or inside watching the Tamarin Monkeys.
Coach back to the hotel and transfer to Melbourne Airport.
