The Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) Business Development team is off to IMEX Frankfurt in May to expand opportunities to host business events in Melbourne.

You can find us at the Melbourne booth on the ‘Australia’ stand, so if you’re planning to attend IMEX, please come by for a chat. Our destination partner, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, will also be there.

While at IMEX, MCB in partnership with Business Events Dubai, will host an IAPCO Hosted Buyer Group dinner.

Melbourne will also play a role at a BestCities breakfast to update clients and media on the activities BestCities is doing and promote the BestCities Global Forum in Melbourne in January 2024.

Additionally, the MCB Executive team will be attending strategic meetings with the BestCities Alliance, to discuss future strategies and ideas for engagement with international clients who have business potential for Melbourne.
