Atlantic Group and Solution Entertainment present ‘The Future of Events’ as an electrifying movement that stimulates at every turn

With fire, sparklers, underwater scenes, acrobatics and otherworldly food and drink concepts, Atlantic Group ​and Solution Entertainment presented The Future of Events at Central Pier, Docklands on 30 May 2018, a multisensory showcase of food, entertainment and technology that transcended time and space.

Over 700 guests, including Atlantic Group and Solution Entertainment clients, partners and respected businesses alongside members of the Melbourne media and influencer community journeyed through Atlantic Group’s five event spaces within Shed 14 on Central Pier – Sketch, Maia, Sumac, Peninsula A and C - with each venue presenting and inciting new approaches to hospitality.

Atlantic Group Founder, Director and CEO Hatem Saleh, the visionary behind the event, addressed the party, explaining the event as “a new way of thinking when it comes to events. Atlantic Group want to continue to be creative, we want to inspire, we want to redefine boundaries. We place ourselves at the forefront of innovation in order to continually put Melbourne on the world stage.”

Guests of note included Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group Creative Director Tommy McIntosh, makeup artist Tre Dallas, illusionist and escapologist Paul Cosentino, Channel 9’s Jo Hall, wife of Shane Crawford and founder of Flat Out Mum Olivia Anderson and co-founder and creative director of JAGGAD Michelle Greene.

The concepts of ‘future’, ‘ocean’, ‘post-modern’, ‘the now’, ‘the future of food’, ‘the otherworld’ and ‘celebration’ were all explored and deconstructed along the three-hour journey that was The Future of Events at Central Pier, Docklands.
