    Highlights from our Uncover Melbourne Experiences

    Designed to be a creative display of Melbourne, the Uncover Melbourne Experiences took hosted buyers and media for a day of discovery around Melbourne and regional Victoria, demonstrating the state’s premium business events offering.

    A full day of immersive experiences were provided by 29 MCB Partners, a true showcase of ‘Team Melbourne’ taking delegates to uncover some of Melbourne’s most unique venues and attractions.

    Highlights from the Uncover Melbourne Gala

    Guests enjoyed a glamorous night at the Uncover Melbourne Gala held at the newly renovated exquisite space at the State Library Victoria, The Ian Potter Queens Hall.

    MCB partnered with Showtime Event Group for the third consecutive year as the exclusive caterer for the gala. Styled by Harry the hirer and entertainment by Solution Entertainment ensured guests were treated to the full red-carpet experience that kicked off upon arrival on the iconic steps of the State Library.

    Highlights from our Media Famil at URBNSURF

    AIME 2020 hosted media experienced Australia's first surf park and new experience destination located just minutes from Melbourne Airport’s terminals and 16 kilometres north of the CBD - URBNSURF. Media received an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour followed by the chance to surf the perfect waves.

    The day finished with a wine tasting and BBQ lunch hosted by Showtime Event Group on ‘The Lawns’ overlooking the 2-hectare, crystal-clear surfing lagoon. A great set-up by Dann Event Hire ensured the relaxed coastal themed vibe came to life.

    Highlights from the Melbourne Stand

    MCB inspired delegates at the Melbourne Stand this year. As the largest stand on the AIME 2020 show floor, the Melbourne Stand showcased the best of the city, challenged expectations and included many exciting new exhibitors.

    Custom built by Harry the hirer and retaining its stunning central location next to the Exchange, the Melbourne Stand revealed perspectives to uncovering the city’s strengths in hosting business events, including a ‘wellness area’ showcasing VR technology.
