The IAKS Southern Hemisphere Forum will take place together with the National Sports and Physical Activity Convention, bringing together delegates from Australia and around the world for the exchange of new approaches and strategies for the management of sports, public spaces, and leisure facilities. The event was formed to learn from and highlight the work being undertaken in the Southern Hemisphere to compliment the IAKS Congress which has been held in the Northern Hemisphere for over 50 years and attracting a growing number of international attendees from 40 nations.
Over three days at the IAKS Southern Hemisphere Forum, a conservative estimate of up to 600 delegates will hear keynote presentations, attend breakout sessions, workshops, exhibition and technical tours. Combining the two events will provide Melbourne with a unique and valuable opportunity to showcase both Victorian and Australian expertise, infrustracture, investments and our knowledge in the multidimensional sports industry.
Smart Connection Consultancy has built the NSC over the past 6 years and works with 40 peak body collaborators in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Europe to build the NSC into an international success.
