ZINC like to do things that are different and extra special, so they recently held a chocolate and wine pairing experience for selected guests.

The experience was conducted by Deniz Karaca, who recently made a dessert for the Prince of Wales during his Royal tour of Australia. Deniz has also featured on MasterChef and ZINC are very fortunate to have him as their Executive Patisserie Chef.

Deniz creates his own indulgent chocolate and the guests amazed at the variety of cocoa and surprising wines they can be paired with. A favourite was the dark cocoa chocolate and Shiraz which tasted like a rum and raisin dessert. The guests thoroughly loved the memorable experience.
