The award is exceptional recognition for AccorBot, which was only launched 11 months ago. The Bot is Accor Australia's integrated Facebook Chatbot, designed to help the group’s 1.8 million Facebook fans across the Pacific with queries from hotel reservations to customer service queries, city guide information and more. Since launch, AccorBot, has assisted over 2,000 guests with their queries providing a decreased response time of 85%.

The AccorBot, has truly transformed how guests interact with the accommodation provider on Facebook, which forms part of how they deliver their renowned, exceptional customer service.
